This Admin User Privacy Policy (this "policy") describes how Gloo collects, uses, and shares your personal data when you access a Gloo platform as an administrative user, for example to administer or manage the services purchased by your organization from Gloo.

Gloo has a Security, Privacy, and Compliance (SPC) Team that is responsible for establishing and enforcing a collection of trust standards that ensure systems and data is gathered, used, managed, and shared in accordance with applicable standards, laws and regulations. While no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic processing or storage is fully secure and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information, we use reasonable efforts to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. In the event that we are required by law to inform you of a breach to your personal information we may notify you electronically, in writing, or by telephone, if permitted to do so by law.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. You are responsible for keeping your account information and password secure and to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account promptly.
